Test mode and planned subscription
Hand Karaoke Pro is provided by Oberil LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Live paid subscriptions are not currently available. Stripe Checkout currently operates only in Sandbox/Test mode and makes no real charge.

1. Test Checkout and future consent
The current Checkout is a Stripe Sandbox test. Checking the legal-acceptance box and opening test Checkout does not authorize or create a real charge. It demonstrates the consent flow planned for live billing. Before any future live purchase, Hand Karaoke will present the then-current price, interval, and recurring terms and obtain the consent required by law. Hand Karaoke records accepted document versions, account identifier, and acceptance time; it does not add your IP address or user agent to that record.
2. What Pro includes
Pro removes daily song and play-time limits, removes the Hand Karaoke promotional watermark, unlocks 47 premium instruments, expands the performance looper from one four-bar layer to as many as four 2-, 4-, or 8-bar instrument and processed-voice layers, and raises the account's combined saved-song and saved-voice-effect limit from 5 to 500. Free retains its core musical tools. Pro entitlement is tied to the account and is not transferable.
3. Test activation and future payment
Current Sandbox Checkout accepts Stripe test payment data only and does not collect real money. Verified test webhook events may activate a test Pro entitlement for evaluation. A browser return page or Checkout success message alone never grants access. If live billing launches, Stripe will collect and process real payment information, taxes will be shown in Checkout where applicable, and Pro will activate only after Hand Karaoke verifies a successful live subscription event.
4. Planned live renewal and cancellation
After live paid billing launches, a purchased plan will renew automatically at the disclosed interval and price until canceled. Cancellation will be available online from Account → Manage billing and will normally take effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless Stripe or law requires another result. Sandbox test subscriptions can be discarded and create no real payment obligation. Requesting account deletion immediately restricts the account and starts a 30-day recoverable pending-deletion period while open Checkout Sessions and subscriptions are safely closed. Before the stated deadline, you may explicitly reactivate through Account only after Stripe cleanup has been verified. Signing in alone does not cancel deletion. Reactivation never resumes renewals or creates a subscription; subscribing again requires a separate Checkout and consent. After the deadline, recovery is unavailable and the account is permanently purged once cleanup is verified. Cleanup failures remain pending for retry and do not extend the recovery deadline. This process currently concerns Sandbox tests only and creates no real charge.
5. Future refunds and cooling-off rights
No refund applies to Sandbox tests because no real payment is collected. If live billing launches, payments will be non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved through Stripe. Mandatory cancellation, cooling-off, refund, and renewal rights in your country will remain unaffected.
6. Billing state and entitlement
Test and future live access are determined from verified Stripe webhook state. Pending Checkout or webhook processing does not grant Pro until verification completes. Unknown, contradictory, stale, trialing, canceled, unpaid, paused, or unavailable state does not grant Pro. For active accounts, billing unavailability leaves Free access and static playback available; retry from Account after service is restored or contact Support. Accounts pending deletion remain restricted. If live billing launches, a past-due subscription may temporarily retain access while Stripe's recovery process runs, but access can end if payment is not resolved.
7. Price or term changes
Any change to future subscription pricing or material recurring terms will be disclosed in advance where required. A new price will not be charged without the notice or consent required by applicable law. Updated legal documents use a new version and may require renewed acceptance.
8. Records after account deletion
At final deletion, only minimal billing identifiers, billing state and period information, and versioned consent records are retained in a restricted archive for seven years from final deletion, then purged. This is our retention policy for billing accountability and evidence of consent, not a universal legal requirement. The archive does not contain full profiles, authentication or session tokens, or audio, and access is limited to authorized personnel for these purposes.
